Growing Pains

School starts next week, and I am going through my closet to see what I have available to wear. I have tons of clothes, but I am worried about how they fit. I think (I haven’t tried) they are going to be too tight and then what I am going to do?

How did I gain weight this summer? Especially when I was doing so much exercising? I don’t know.

The good news is that I did make a doctor appointment for mid September, and I hope something happens there.

    Just an idea, April one of the aerobics instructors at the college said for me to do lots of cardio right now because that burns calories and causes you to lose weight. She said if I did any strength exercisisng I would get discourage because 1. Muscle weighs more than fat and 2. My clothes would start to get tighter because I would be building up the muscle under my fat and making myself bigger but not fatter. She said that makes people very discouraged. Just thought I would let you know, because maybe that is what is happening to you. She also says for weight loss to walk 6 days aweek at speed of 3-4 miles an hour. Hope this info helps you as it did me.
