I have still not stepped onto a scale to determine how much (if any) damage I might have done to my weight-loss efforts during the last three weeks.
I think I am going to give myself this week full of exercise and unpacking and laundry before I attempt to find out my weight.
This morning I was in the bathroom, and I was checking out the scale sitting there and seriously thought about stepping on, but part of me just doesn’t want to know.
I am very good at avoidance, and if I can undo the damage before I need to know, it will be good.
