It has been 20 days since I started using Wii Fit.
Of those 20 days, I have:
- taken a body test 19 days
- exercised 16 days
- logged 11 hours and 43 minutes of exercise time
- reached the Wii Fit age of 24 twice (my lowest)
- reached the Wii Fit age of 47 once (my highest)
- gained 2 pounds the first week
- reached my goal of losing two pounds in two weeks (which was a loss of four because of the gain)
- lost weight in a slow but steady pace
