Alas, I cannot spend the day hanging out in the ballroom. But the good news is I will be the best-dressed reporter on the police beat and (later today) at the Little League game. (Oh, quit looking at me like that.)
Once more, I have spent my evenings at Little League games. Last night it was a double-header in Mio. Yes, Mio. Do you know how far Mio is from Merritt? I don’t know exactly, but it takes almost 2 hours to get there. The good news is Autumn won both of her games there. She will be going back a week from Friday.
Coming up next week — Maxine’s 10th birthday! (June 5)
That means tomorrow, I will have a bunch of 10-ish girls at my home. I suspect there will be lots and lots of giggling.
I took a great picture of Steve and Maxine yesterday. I was going to post it, but I can’t find my card reader, so it will have to wait. (OK, so I didn’t really look to hard for it either.)
Hi Linda! I actually went to the ballroom last night, didn’t stay long as one of my kids locked themselves in the bathroom and I had to leave shortly after that. BTW- Twinkling_pens was there too.
