Karyn, you are so asking the wrong person!

I was just ranting the other day because one of Autumn's friends is also reading the book, and she flipped ahead and then despite Autumn telling her not to, she revealed a pretty big plot point. Which just totally ticked me off, because Autumn is still reading it.

Is it no surprise that this is the same girl who told my child that there is no Santa Claus?

But it's good to know you're reading it. Now I can torture you like I do Autumn.

Imagine a really irritating voice, and it's saying, "I know who the half-blood prince is and you don't. Nanananannah nah." And you're not going to guess either. Ha! You just have to read it.

When I bought the book, the cashier kept talking about it, and she told me not to read the last page. So it was the first thing my husband read. He didn't get anything out of it. Silly boy. You won't unless you read the whole thing.

Plot points are there for a reason. You can't jump ahead on a rollercoaster. Just curl up, shut off the phone and make the kids feed themselves. :)

Linda, does someone important die? And who is the half blood prince? Does Harry really get kicked off the Quidich team, or is that from an earlier book. Just email me the answers so we don't piss anyone off, that is if you will. Yes I'm reading it and yes I'll find out that way I suppose, but the suspence is KILLING me. do you want to be responsible for that? Hope all is well with you! Karyn

I had the same problem with Jay, I preordered the book back in February. It came Saturday, but I finished it on Sunday. I had to stand behind the car to stop Jay rom taking the book to work with him Sunday afternoon. Everytime he turned around I had to tell him to stop reading my book because I wasn't going to argue with him when I wanted to read the book. I also can't wait for the last installment of the series but on the other hand I don't want the series to end I want to know what happens to Harry when he grows up.
