I added to my own dilemma this weekend. I purchased a couch that has to be plugged in on both ends, which requires it to go right up against a wall, leaving the middle of my living room empty. Oh, and the paint colour I am really loving right now is kind of the colour of newish mushrooms - like a warm gray-brown but not too dark.
